Eligibility for Clareex Returns and Refunds
To ensure a fair and transparent process, the following criteria must be met for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, especially our lens and screen cleaning sprays and wipes.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Opened cleaning sprays or wipes
- Used items
- Products marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return under the Clareex returns and refunds policy, please follow these steps:
- Email info@clareex.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will assess your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
- Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note:
- We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Packaging and Return Condition
To ensure the safe return of your items, please pack them securely using the original or similar protective packaging. Products returned in damaged or unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.
